I've been in receipt of the following emails from Trevor Marshall concerning this specific page on this site.  As a result, I have removed all of the prior contents from this page.  If you are interested in protocols for CFIDS, click here.

I would assert that I have not behaved in the manner canvassed in Gertz v. Robert Welch, Inc. At all times I have been behaving as any individual scientist in my position, and with my experience, would do. I did not create the name "Marshall Protocol" nor did I instigate the CFIDS websites bearing my name. I am currently specifically litigating to recover my "good name," which the suit alleges has been misappropriated by the YAHOO message board bearing my name.

I have requested that you take down your webpage bearing my name. What is the problem with that? "

 The web page you wrote about me is full of errors, some of which demean my reputation, character, and works.
I had hoped we could resolve the issues in an informal manner in a short telephone call.
If you are unwilling to discuss correcting what you are publishing about me, I would ask you to remove all webpages with my name, and any material which could be imputed by a reader to be about me, from your website. You have not asked for permission to talk about me on your website, and I am not a "public figure" (as defined under International Law).

Editor Note: I requested identification of the errors and supporting documentation from Mr. Marshall. None have been received to date.
